Interest rates vary with the amount of loan and the current prime rate. At this time a $10,000.00 renovation would carry for $95.51/month, 60 month term, 180 month amortization with a 7.99% interest rate.
All RenoPlan loans are entirely open and can be paid at any time without penalty.
